About the role
Join us in building and maintaining the technology backbone of our enterprise platforms, where front-end applications, APIs, data, and cloud infrastructure come together to power business-critical systems. As our Senior Full-Stack Developer, you'll design and build features across the stack, contribute to architectural decisions, and dig into complex bugs and production issues. If you love writing solid code and connecting business needs to real technical execution across the full stack, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Design and build features across UI, backend services, APIs/integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure, translating business requirements into working, maintainable code
- Develop and modernize full-stack applications built on PHP (7/8) with MVC or singleton frameworks, and Vue.js (2 or 3) on the front end
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs following OpenAPI standards, implementing integration, authentication, versioning, and error-handling practices
- Work with MongoDB and Redis for data storage and caching, including schema design, query optimization, and data integrity
- Deploy and support applications on AWS using EC2 and ECS, with solid networking and IAM practices, containerized via Docker
- Contribute to observability, high-availability, and disaster-recovery efforts, and take the lead on investigating performance, security, and integration issues
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, participate in design and code reviews, and clearly communicate technical decisions to your team
What you bring
- Strong experience in software engineering as a senior or lead-level individual contributor
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP 7/8 using an MVC or singleton framework, plus a modern JavaScript framework - Vue.js 2 or 3 required
- Proven experience building and integrating RESTful APIs to OpenAPI standards
- Practical experience with MongoDB and Redis, including performance, replication, and data integrity considerations
- Core AWS knowledge (EC2, ECS), networking for application deployment, IAM, and Docker/container platforms
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and explain trade-offs and decisions to teammates and stakeholders
- Proven judgment balancing clean, scalable code with delivery timelines, legacy constraints, and operational realities
Nice to have
- Agentic AI experience
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent)
- Experience contributing to modernization of monolithic platforms into modular, API-led, containerized, or cloud-native systems
- Performance testing experience (e.g., JMeter)
- Application security testing exposure (e.g., Burp Suite)
