Fonteva / Salesforce Solution Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fonteva & Salesforce Solution Lead to provide immediate hands-on support while establishing long-term technical continuity within our organization. This role requires deep product expertise in Fonteva combined with strong Salesforce platform experience.
The ideal candidate is product-minded, comfortable operating between Business and IT, and capable of translating complex membership-driven requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, optimization, and enhancement of Fonteva on the Salesforce platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive technical solutioning, backlog refinement, and effort breakdown
- Manage API integrations and coordinate with offshore development teams
- Support data migration initiatives and system integrations
- Collaborate closely with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Ensure proper documentation, testing support, and deployment readiness
- Provide structured knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term ownership and continuity
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred)
- 2+ years hands-on Fonteva experience
- Strong functional and technical understanding of membership management, dues and subscription models, events management, and accounting/financial integrations
- Experience with API integrations and data migration
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid Business + Technical liaison role
- Salesforce certifications
Nice to Have
- Experience working with associations or membership-based organizations
- Background in accounting or experience integrating with accounting systems
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field required. Relevant professional experience in Salesforce and Fonteva may be considered in lieu of formal education where applicable.
