Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agentic Development Platform Architect to design and implement an AI-powered software development environment using Kiro (or similar agentic AI platforms). This role will enable Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to collaboratively build applications through AI-assisted workflows, rapid prototyping, reusable templates, and governed development standards.

Key Responsibilities
Agentic Development Platform
  • Design and implement an enterprise-grade agentic development environment using Kiro or similar platforms.
  • Establish multi-agent workflows supporting requirements generation, design, code generation, testing, and documentation.
  • Create scalable development patterns and reusable frameworks for application delivery.
Rapid Prototyping & AI-Assisted Development
  • Lead rapid MVP and proof-of-concept development initiatives.
  • Transform business requirements and natural language inputs into:
    • User stories
    • System designs
    • UI prototypes
    • Working applications
  • Validate and refine concepts through iterative AI-assisted development cycles.
Platform Engineering & Reusability
  • Develop reusable:
    • Application templates
    • Angular component libraries
    • Node.js service frameworks
    • AI agent workflows and prompt libraries
  • Standardize architecture and development practices across teams.
AI Agent Orchestration
  • Design and optimize workflows involving:
    • Requirements agents
    • Design agents
    • Code generation agents
    • Testing agents
    • Documentation agents
  • Integrate LLM-based tools into the software delivery lifecycle.
Adoption & Governance
  • Drive adoption of AI-native development practices across Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Establish governance, security, quality controls, and validation processes for AI-generated artifacts.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder enablement programs.


Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.
  • Expertise in software architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering rapid prototypes, MVPs, and innovation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.
  • Experience with agentic AI platforms, AI coding tools, or multi-agent frameworks


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Kiro.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP architectures, or AI orchestration platforms.
  • Background in Developer Experience (DevEx), Platform Engineering, or Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
  • Experience building enterprise design systems and reusable UI libraries.
  • Experience leading AI transformation or innovation programs.
