Project Overview
This project is a high-impact business process engine designed to optimize customer pharmacy procurement. The system analyzes the purchase ratio between preferred and non preferred suppliers We need a Senior Solution Architect who can command a high-pressure environment, architect a robust technical roadmap, and provide immediate direction to a team of developers.

Core Responsibilities

Rapid Technical Leadership: Jump into an ongoing, high-stakes project and demonstrate tangible progress quickly
Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of new features using Databricks and Python, ensuring the logic for rebate calculations is scalable and accurate.
Developer Mentorship: Provide clear, actionable coding requirements to the
development team, conducting code reviews and unblocking technical hurdles.
System Integration: Oversee the data flow between PostgreSQL, Azure Cloud services, and the React frontend to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
Decision Making: Choose the "smart and quick" path over over-engineering, balancing immediate business needs with long-term platform stability.

Required Technical Stack

Databricks & Python: Expert-level proficiency is mandatory. You must be comfortable architecting complex data pipelines and ETL logic.
PostgreSQL: Deep experience with relational database design and optimization.
Azure Cloud: Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, including security, storage, and compute integration.
React: Ability to guide frontend developers on how to best consume and display complex data insights.

Qualifications & Soft Skills

Experience: 8+ years in Software Architecture or Engineering Lead roles, specifically within data-heavy environments.
Crisis Management: Proven track record of entering "intense" situations and restoring order/velocity.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex business logic (rebate ratios) into technical tasks for developers.
Efficiency: A "builder" mindset—someone who values shipping high-quality code quickly.
