Technical Recruiter
As Productiv continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our expanding talent needs across Poland, the broader EU. This role is central to building high-quality engineering teams while maintaining Productiv’s people-first, collaborative culture.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment, understands regional nuances in technical hiring across Europe and LATAM, and takes a structured, data-driven approach to recruitment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and delivery leads to attract, assess, and onboard top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
Create, publish, and maintain clear, regionally compliant job descriptions
Proactively source technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other regional platforms
Manage candidate pipelines, recruiting metrics, and reporting within the ATS
Screen CVs/resumes and assess technical and cultural fit
Review and assess pre-screen interviews and technical evaluations
Conduct candidate interviews using structured and competency-based methods
Coordinate offers, reference checks, and hiring documentation in line with local regulations and engagement models
Support onboarding in collaboration with the People & Culture team
Continuously improve recruitment, interview, and evaluation processes
Stay current with technical hiring trends, tools, and labour market dynamics in Poland, the EU, and LATAM
Build and maintain relationships with IT professionals, communities, and recruiter networks across regions
Support additional People & Culture initiatives as required
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles
Proven experience recruiting in Poland/EU markets
Strong experience hiring engineers, developers, architects, and other IT specialists
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and pipeline management
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong understanding of regional technical labour markets and hiring practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus; Polish preferred for EU focus)
Ability to manage recruiting data, metrics, and reports
Technical knowledge sufficient to evaluate candidate profiles and conduct meaningful technical conversations
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer
Nice to Have
Experience recruiting for nearshore or distributed delivery teams
Familiarity with regional employment and engagement models (B2B, contractor, permanent)
Experience hiring across multiple countries and time zones
Background in consulting, staff augmentation, or technology services firms
